Caption (German) | Am Ufer, ungefähr senkrecht unter dem Niesengipfel: erste Schiffswerft am Thunersee (längliche, dachartige Struktur). Als letzte Schiffe wurden hier 1861 die "Stadt Bern" gebaut, im Jahr darauf der von den Juraseen her beschaffte Dampfer "Neptun" verlängert, das nächstfolgende Schiff "Beatus" wurde 1870/71 dann schon in der neuen Werftanlage in Dürrenast zusammengebaut |
