Caption The tanker "Esso Switzerland" was launched in February 1959 at Cantieri Riuniti dell'Adriatico in Monfalcone, commissioning in August 1959, originally 210 m long, was later lengthened by about 20 m, original deadweight tonnage about 35,000 t, steam turbine propulsion, managed by Panama Tpt. Co. on behalf of Esso, demolition in Kaoshiung as of December 1976.
Caption (German) Der Tanker "Esso Switzerland" lief im Februar 1959 bei den Cantieri Riuniti dell‘Adriatico in Monfalcone von Stapel, Indienststellung im August 1959, ursprünglich 210 m lang, wurde später um etwa 20 m verlängert, Tragfähigkeit ursprünglich rund 35‘000 t, Antrieb Dampfturbine, Bereederung durch Panama Tpt. Co. im Auftrag von Esso, Abbruch in Kaoshiung ab Dezember 1976
