Caption From 13.6.1925 in service with Gren SA, Geneva, there equipped with a 375 hp Rolls-Royce engine 'Eagle' and named Dornier-Komet III, then from 20 May 1927 with Ad Astra Aero and with the merger with Air Basel AG to form Swissair from 26.3.1931 to 8.10.1932 with Swissair. In 1929 Walter Mittelholzer made a crash landing with the CH-142 at Davos. The more famous aircraft of the same type at Ad Astra Aero is the CH-171, with which Mittelholzer made the Africa flights.
Caption (German) Ab 13.6.1925 im Einsatz bei der Gren SA, Genf, dort mit einem 375 PS Rolls-Royce-Motor ,Eagle‘ bestückt und Dornier-Komet III benannt, anschliessend ab 20. Mai 1927 bei Ad Astra Aero und mit dem Zusammenschluss mit der Air Basel AG zur Swissair vom 26.3.1931 bis 8.10.1932 bei der Swissair. 1929 machte Walter Mittelholzer mit der CH-142 in Davos eine Bruchlandung. Das berühmtere Flugzeug des gleichen Typs bei Ad Astra Aero ist die CH-171, mit der Mittelholzer die Afrikaflüge unternahm.
