Caption Valley of the small river Crna Reka ("Black River") north of Selište and Milatovac in the Homolje Mountains (Homoljske planine), north of Žagubica in eastern Serbia. To the left and right are the hills Glavčina and Lunga Čuka (622 m), above (north) is Kupinova glava (926 m). If you didn't know Mittelholzer's flight route, you would hardly be able to find the small valley, especially since, judging from the blurred Google images, the forestation of the area has increased markedly since 1934.
Caption (German) Tal des Flüsschens Crna Reka ("Schwarzer Fluss") nördlich von Selište und Milatovac in den Homolje-Bergen (Homoljske planine), nördlich von Žagubica im östlichen Serbien. Links und rechts liegen die Hügel Glavčina und Lunga Čuka (622 m), oben (nördlich) der Berg Kupinova glava (926 m). Wenn man Mittelholzers Flugroute nicht kennen würde, könnte man das kleine Tal kaum finden, zumal aus den unscharfen Google-Bildern zu schliessen die Bewaldung der Gegend seit 1934 markant zugenommen hat
