Caption The Val di Lei is a left side valley of the Avers, but belongs to Italy, the border is not far from this bridge. The area around the bridge is disreputable. During a border dispute, one of the villagers perjured himself and has since been forced to walk around here at midnight as a ghost.
Caption (German) Das Val di Lei ist ein linkes Seitenthal des Avers, gehört aber zu Italien, die Grenze ist unweit dieser Brücke. Die Gegend um die Brücke ist verrufen, bei einer Grenzstreitigkeit that Einer einen Meineid und muss seitdem um Mitternacht hier als Gespenst umgehen.
