Caption The commune of Mont-Vully was created on 01.01.2016 by the merger of the former communes of Haut-Vully and Bas-Vully. The 8 villages or pastures Lugnorre, Joressens, Mur (FR), Môtier, Praz, Nant, Sugiez and Sur-le-Mont form the municipal territory. The range of hills is called Mont Vully (German Wistenlacherberg).
Caption (German) Die Gemeinde Mont-Vully entstand per 01.01.2016 durch die Fusion der bisherigen Gemeinden Haut-Vully und Bas-Vully. Die 8 Orte bzw. Weier Lugnorre, Joressens, Mur (FR), Môtier, Praz, Nant, Sugiez und Sur-le-Mont bilden das Gemeindegebiet. Der Hügelzug seinerseits schreibt sich Mont Vully (deutsch Wistenlacherberg).
