| Caption | Message of the postcard: My dear! Have seen at A. Paris Marbrier some pretty funerary monuments, he has a much larger selection than ? He wants to send you some projects to view, which you could send back to us, because father also wants to see them. These beautiful monuments are expensive everywhere, i.e. white marble would be cheaper by half. I am also your opinion for something right, because there will be no lack of critics. The costs are now once & the monument forever. I look forward to your definite arrival and greet you. Postmark 5.3.1907. |
| Caption (German) | Botschaft der Postkarte: Mein Lieber! Habe bei A. Paris Marbrier einige hübsche Grabdenkmäler gesehen, er hat eine viel grössere Auswahl als ? Er will Dir einige Projekte zur Ansicht senden, welche Du an uns zurücksenden könntest, weil sie Vater auch sehen möchte. Diese hübschen Monumente sind überal teuer, d. h. weisser Marmor wäre bereits um die Hälfte billiger. Ich bin auch Deiner Ansicht für etwas Rechtes, denn an Kritiken wird es nicht fehlen. Die Kosten sind nun einmal & das Denkmal für immer. Ich freue mich auf Deine definitive Ankunft un grüsse Dich. Poststempel 5.3.1907. |
