Caption Monument commemorating the Bockenkrieg of 1804. The monument lists the so-called ringleaders who were executed in Zurich: Willi, Schneebeli, Häberling, Kleiner. The people of Zurich did not want to release the rural population from the obligation to tithe even after the Helvetic reforms. The monument was erected in 1876. Postmark 26.10.1921
Caption (German) Denkmal zur Erinnerung an den Bockenkrieg von 1804. Auf dem Denkmal sind die sogenannten Rädelsführer aufgeführt, die in Zürich hingerichtet wurden: Willi, Schneebeli, Häberling, Kleiner. Die Stadtzürcher wollten die Landbevölkerung auch nach den Reformen der Helvetik nicht aus der Zehntenpflicht entlassen. Das Denkmal wurde 1876 errichtet. Poststempel 26.10.1921
