Caption Message of the postcard: Arrived at noon today on the Bernina, we went to the adjacent alp. We still had a good 1 1/2 hours to go, but the view rewarded our effort. This Palü glacier is very beautiful u. On the other side we had a view of the magnificent Puschlav (Veltlin). Warm greetings from Aunt & Uncle Keller We crossed 11 smaller snowfields back & forth today. Postmark 18.7.1902.
Caption (German) Botschaft der Postkarte: Heute Mittag auf der Bernina angelangt, gingen wir auf nebenstehende Alp. Wir hatten noch gut 1 1/2 Stunden zu gehen, aber die Aussicht belohnte unsere Mühe. Dieser Palügletscher ist sehr schön u. Auf der anderen Seite hatten wir Aussicht auf das prächtige Puschlav (Veltlin). Herzliche Grüsse von Tante u. Onkel Keller Wir haben heute 11 kleinere Schneefelder hin & her überschritten. Poststempel 18.7.1902.
