| Caption | Message of the postcard: Dear Mr. Feller! I arrived yesterday evening via the ? well in the Arolla valley. I like the area very much; up to an altitude of 2300 m. one still finds pine forests. There are about 3/4 English people in the hotel. Next day I hope to climb the Tête Blanche or the Pigne d'Arolla. | Caption (German) | Botschaft der Postkarte: Lieber Herr Feller! Ich bin gestern Abend über den ? gut im Arollathal angekommen. Die Gegend gefällt mir sehr gut; bis auf eine Höhe von 2300 m. findet man noch Arvenwälder. Es hat hier im Hôtel ca. 3/4 Engländer. Nächster Tage hoffe ich die Tête Blanche oder den Pigne d’Arolla ersteigen zu können. Mit den herzlichsten Grüssen an Sie u. Ihre er. Familie verbleibt Ihr ergebener. Poststempel 21.8.1920. |
