Caption View to the north (N) of Lugano. Steamship "Milano", built by Escher Wyss, Zurich, in service from 1881 to 1927. The steamship departs from the landing stage Lugano-Paradiso, the Hotel du Lac still exists today (2021) as a new building block at Riva Paradiso 3, but it is no longer in service. Postmark 28.8.1908
Caption (German) Blick nach Norden (N) auf Lugano. Dampfschiff "Milano", erbaut von Escher Wyss, Zürich, im Dienst von 1881 bis 1927. Das Dampfschiff fährt von der Anlegestelle Lugano-Paradiso weg, das Hotel du Lac gibt es als Neubauklotz noch heute (2021) an der Riva Paradiso 3, es ist aber nicht mehr in Betrieb. Poststempel 28.8.1908
