Terms of Use

The use of the BAK’s digitized holdings is subject to restrictions. The licences, terms of use, and image credits applicable to each digital image are specified alongside the work under the image information   and “About us”.

Images for which the licence is either “Public Domain Mark 1.0” or “CC BY-NC-ND 3.0” may be used subject to the terms stated and duly credited.

Images for which the licence is “All rights reserved” may not be used.
